We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your purchase to request a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All of our products are handmade and therefore variations in colour, pattern and size are to be expected. We are unable to offer a return based on minor imperfections. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph all items. The nature of the items sold means that they may have ‘imperfections’, we try to always describe these. We are more than happy to provide further information on all items. Please note that colours do vary between the reality and what we can demonstrate on a screen. We do our best to photograph as accurately as possible.

Delivery and Returns
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 14 working days of your purchase.
The product must be returned to us unused and in saleable condition at cost to you. Please contact us on +44 (0) 116 270 4800, or email contact@stanleyandmay.co.uk to let us know that you would like to return your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
